Refund Policy
No refunds as all sales are final. Production does not begin until services have been paid in full. Discrepancies must be identified within seven (7) days of receipt of goods/services. Exchanges will only be made for defective goods or errors in customizable goods that do not meet the original design requested. Production lead times are determined by availability of supplies and schedule. You will be notified of lead times at time of payment to include expected delivery date. You will be notified by email when your product has shipped and will have the ability to track its status.

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Sometimes! Please contact us at support@spilcreations.com to request a cancellation or change. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, changes made after payment has been received may result in additional fees.

Yes, we can expedite your order for a fee. The fee depends on the design, quantity, and scheduling of the item, starting at $50.00.
5. Can I exchange my product?
Exchanges are only available for defective products or goods.

7. How can I get faster shipping?
To ensure the quickest delivery, select the fastest shipping method at checkout. We’ll use the fastest available shipping service to get your order to you.
8. Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Northern Virginia.
9. Can I request expedited shipping?

10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, spiL ships internationally, including to APO and FPO addresses.
11. Do you offer delivery?
We offer delivery services for large glassware orders within Northern Virginia (Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun, and Arlington Counties). A delivery fee of $0.05 per mile will be applied.
