Loan Document Package: $200.00 – $275.00 (includes up to 25 miles of travel each way). We are available to travel additional distances for an added fee. This package covers up to 120 pages, electronic documents, no fax back, buyer's copies included, with shipping costs covered by the client. For packages exceeding 120 pages, there is an additional charge of $25.00.
Preliminary Document Package: $200.00 (includes up to 30 miles of round-trip travel and up to 100 pages per package, electronic documents, no fax back, buyer's copies included, with shipping costs covered by the client).

A La Carte Services
Mileage is calculated based on round-trip travel. The rates listed below apply to mobile notary services conducted between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please call for a quote for after-hours services. Additional service fees may apply. Any tolls and parking fees incurred during travel will be added to the total cost.
**0-10 Miles: $70 travel fee
**11-20 Miles: $100 travel fee
**21-40 Miles: $130 travel fee

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen schedule changes may occur, and we will do our best to accommodate them. However, please note that when we schedule an appointment, we reserve time dedicated exclusively to you in order to provide the highest quality service. If you cancel, fail to show up, or are unprepared for your appointment without providing at least 4 hours’ notice, a $100.00 cancellation fee will apply. You will be invoiced for the missed appointment on the same day, with payment due upon receipt.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards. Please be aware that, under Virginia law, notaries are prohibited from accepting payments at closings unless they hold an escrow license and are CRESPA certified. Currently, we do not hold an escrow license and are not CRESPA certified. As notaries, we reserve the right to decline notarizations if proper identification cannot be provided. **Please note:** SPI L Notary is not a law firm and cannot offer legal advice, including the drafting of legal documents. The individual signing must be present, without exception, and must provide a valid photo ID (e.g., Military ID, State-issued ID, or U.S. passport).
